Building on the Combat Supplant™ service, this offering combines managed spares with an onsite technician dispatched to install the equipment.
The service is ideal for customers requiring quick swap out or replacement of defective networking equipment who would like to ensure the installation is carried out by a qualified technician. Combat Dispatch™ is ideal for coverage in locations where technical resources inside your organization are limited or unavailable.
All Combat maintenance contracts provide the customer with 24x7 telephone access and web CRM entitlement to view case status and log new service calls.
All spare parts are shipped at current revision levels to ensure optimum operation at replacement thus eliminating the need for companies to procure their own equipment, store it and then upgrade it prior to field commissioning.
