Combat Complete

A network health-check service designed to assess the suitability and operation of an existing network environment. Including:

  • Network Resource Analysis (NRA)
  • Voice Readiness Assessment (VRA)
  • Application Resource Analysis (ARA)

Combat Complete™ subjects the entire network infrastructure to a 25-point inspection covering all facets of operation.

Combat Dispatch

Building on the Combat Supplant™ service, this offering combines managed spares with an onsite technician dispatched to install the equipment.

The service is ideal for customers requiring quick swap out or replacement of defective networking equipment who would like to ensure the installation is carried out by a qualified technician. Combat Dispatch™ is ideal for coverage in locations where technical resources inside your organization are limited or unavailable.

Combat Care™ provides customers with a preventative maintenance schedule that puts one of our accredited technicians on-site four times a year at regular intervals to conduct a thorough inspection of the operational network environment.

The Combat CallBank™ option is not so much a service in itself as a unique and flexible way to pay for various services and SLAs that we offer.
