Our professional services portfolio includes; business analysis, converged network assessment, design, implementation, project management, technical support, and operational management & support for your complex network infrastructure.

 

Primary Responsibilities: National Service Manager

 

Working as a team member of Service Managers across the country:

• Manage and triage service tickets – liase with end customer and Combat service  delivery

• Manage service delivery and service escalations (internally, with client, with vendor partner)

• Coordinate small project delivery

• Develop and distribute incident reports

• Customer relationship management – attend meetings as the owner of service management

 

Additional Responsibilities:

 

• Ensure proper closure of service tickets

• Invoicing billable service orders

• Engagement with subcontractors

• Manage remote access and proactive monitoring of systems

• Provide training to end clients on access and use of Combat ticketing system

• Assist with spare parts and inventory management

 

Candidates Should Possess:

 

• Minimum 3-5 Years of Service Management experience

• Relevant Technical background in Voice / Data / Wireless industry

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, this may include evenings and weekends as required

• Ability to interact with customers, staff and vendors

• Working experience of project delivery is preferred

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Initiative and leadership skills

• Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite of applications including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio Technical is essential

• Bilingual (English and French) would be an asset
